You can either print the shipping label yourself or present the QR code at a participating DHL service point, where the label will be printed for you free of charge.
Return Period and Conditions
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
For returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, complete, and in like-new, resalable condition.
Shoes may be tried on to check their size and fit, but must not have been worn during training, competitions, or outdoors.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box, which must be undamaged.
Custom-made or personalized products are generally excluded from our voluntary return policy.
Your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Important Information Regarding Shoe Returns
Please always use an additional outer shipping box when returning shoes.
The original shoe box must not be used directly as the shipping package or covered with DHL shipping labels, adhesive tape, or other stickers.
Damage to the original shoe box may result in a reduction in the value of the goods. Where the statutory requirements are met, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for an actual reduction in value in accordance with Section 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB).
No flat-rate handling fee will be charged. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Returns from Outside Germany
Customers returning items from outside Germany are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently prepaid and sent using a trackable shipping service.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, please ensure that the shipment is correctly declared as "Returned Goods" when completing the customs documentation.
Please note that we cannot collect shipments from customs offices, parcel lockers, or other collection points. Returns must be delivered directly to our business address.
Return Processing and Refunds
Once we have received your return, processing and inspection usually take 1–5 business days.
After the return has been processed, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, such as PayPal, credit card, or Klarna.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected.
