You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns from Germany, we provide a free DHL return shipping label. When using this label, we cover the return shipping costs.
For returns from countries outside Germany, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Customized Products
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
Where the statutory requirements are met, this applies in particular to:
Individually designed wrestling singlets
Customized club apparel
Clothing with personalized names or numbers
Custom-made products manufactured according to customer specifications
Statutory warranty rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
Important Information Regarding Shoe Returns
Please return wrestling shoes and other sports shoes in their original shoe box, whenever possible, and use an additional, suitable outer shipping box.
The original shoe box must not be used directly as the shipping package or covered with DHL shipping labels, adhesive tape, or other stickers.
Damage to the original shoe box may result in a reduction in the value of the goods, as the shoes may no longer be suitable for resale as new in their original retail packaging.
World of Wrestling reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation for any actual diminished value, provided that the statutory requirements under Section 357a of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met.
No flat-rate handling fee will be charged in such cases.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains fully unaffected.
